There are no refunds on digital products.

• Because you cannot "give back" a digital file, refunds and chargebacks are not allowed on MottenVR products. its your responsibility to read the TOS thoroughly, and pay attention to what you are purchasing. Neglect to do so is on you. The only exception for refunds is if the same product is purchased twice.

• Chargebacks are probibited. By purchasing and/or downloading MottenVR products, you agree to TOS. Chargebacks on products will result in an automatic ban and blacklist. My agents will ensure the chargeback is handled. Again, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to read these terms before purchasing.

• If you are caught leaking, trading, sharing, pricesplitting, publicizing or ripping any MottenVR products, your license key will be voided, and your access will be revoked and you are not allowed to download, upload, or wear any MottenVR avatars, and you are NOT entitled to a refund.

• Individuals who are on ANY blacklist, or who have a known history of violating the TOS (including leaking, ripping, or unauthorized distribution), are prohibited from purchasing or accessing MottenVR Products.

• If a blacklisted individual attempts to purchase a Product, their access will be revoked without notice, and no refund will be granted.

• For any uncertainty or questions regarding a MottenVR avatar, feel free to reach out, all questions will be answered in a timely manner.

• Uploading publicly or Importing any MottenVR product to googledrive, pixeldrain, mediafire, or any similar sites will result in an automatic DCMA. MottenVR avatars can be traced down to the original purchaser.

• If you are banned from my shop OR sever, or blacklisted for any reason, you may NOT purchase or wear my models. If you purchase any of my models while banned or blacklisted, your downloads will be revoked and voided with no refund.

• Minors are NOT allowed to purchase, download or wear my models.

• Users with a leaking, ripping, trading, or price splitting history may not purchase, download, or wear my models.

• You are NOT allowed to use any renders, photos, gifs, or videos made by or for MOTTENVR products as profile pictures, banners, etc. Unless they are taken yourself.

Leaking, Sharing, Reselling, Price-Splitting, and Trading are NOT allowed. 

• If you or anyone WANTS a MottenVR Avatar or Asset, the product MUST be purchased from MottenVR's shop at MOTTENVR.COM

• You are NOT allowed to reuse, take/steal, share, mine, or borrow assets, sculpts, textures, or ANYTHING from any MottenVR Product. Regardless if you own it or not, Asset/Texture mining is prohibited.

• MottenVR products are NOT to be rediistributed , shared, or uploaded to any other sites, games, or platforms, or made for free. VRCHAT is the only platform where legal purchasers of the avatars are allowed to upload to their own accounts.

• Price-Splitting, making public, trading, cloning, sharing, giving to friends or anyone who "wants" any MottenVR models, whether free or paid, is strictly prohibited.

• Uploads of MottenVR avatars are only allowed to those who have rightfully purchased the product from the MottenVR store. Uploads are not allowed to be made public, only private to the legal purchaser.

• Uploads are FREE in her discord server

• Avatars are not to be leaked (given or shared) to anyone for an upload. If you need to give anyone an avatar package/file for an upload, they did NOT purchase the model and they are NOT allowed to upload for you.

• If you are caught with a avatar that you do not own, it will be removed and you will be banned and lose access to any MottenVR avatar that you have purchased.

• For those who do "Upload Commissions", may not receive or upload model packages without purchasing from a MottenVR Store. You must let MottenVR know of any "upload commissions" of her avatars, and send both reciepts of the recipient, and the commissioner. This goes for edit commissions as well.

• Commissioners may not receive any MottenVR model packages without purchasing from a MottenVR Store. You must let MottenVR know of all edits and uploads of her avatars, and send both reciepts of the recipient, and the commissioner.

• Heavy Edits of any MottenVR avatar are prohibited. Headswaps and Bodyswaps on MottenVR avatars are not allowed. The model should be recognizable as a MottenVR avatar. You must keep 2 hairs, and 4 original meshes. The avatar must be recognizable. You CANNOT just take the head and body sculpt to use on a personal.

• You are not allowed to “project pull”, or take textures, physbone settings, material settings, ect. from any MottenVR avatar. Be original.

• MottenVR avatar assets, textures, materials, and sculpts are not allowed to be used on commissions, personal or commercial. Once again, you are NOT allowed to take apart MottenVR avatars.

• If an avatar has Gonso’s Anti-Leak, edits outside of unity are not possible, as the FBX is locked and protected. Be aware that any avatar with Gonso’s Anti-Leak cannot be exported to blender, and only unity edits are possible.
• Free Avatars are NOT allowed to be edited in blender. Unity only edits.

• All MottenVR avatars are for Personal/Private use only to the legal purchaser. Avatars are not to be made public, shareable or cloneable on any platform.

• Credit MottenVR for any use of her avatars on any social media platform, this includes streaming platforms. MottenVR avatars are NOT allowed to be used as oc's, personal characters, or for commercial purposes such as art or brand / content marketing.

• You must input your correct information in the "vrchat" and "discord" username fields. If you do not input your correct discord/vrchat user info, your right and license to this product will be revoked and you may not use the model.

• Inputting Fonts in usernames if applicable is REQUIRED. If a user has a font, but inputs their username without said font, and MottenVR's LMT cannot find your vrchat account due to said inclusion, your purchase will be revoked. To resolve, open a support ticket in MottenVR's server to resolve.

• MottenVR's LMT moderates and checks all inputted usernames for validity.

• MottenVR Products are NOT allowed to be fed to AI engines, or used in AI production.

• You are NOT allowed to gift any MottenVR products to someone who is blocked, blacklisted, or banned.

• When gifting an avatar, you must put the recipients information, and only they get rights to the avatar. You do not get access to the model just because you bought it for them. Whoever is receiving the gift is the ONLY one allowed to use the avatar.

• You must input the correct gifter's information in the "vrchat" and "discord" username fields. You must also enter the recipients email in the email field and select that it is a gift. If you do not input the correct discord/vrchat user info, your right and license to this product will be revoked and you may not use the model.

• If you input "YES" on the "Is this a Gift" Question during checkout, but you do not select the "GIFT" Checkbox and put the Gift Recipient's information in the required fields, your purchase will be revoked.

• You may not Price-Split any avatar or product. Only one person is allowed to purchase and use the purchased model.

• MottenVR and co. are not responsible for avatar issues related to or caused by any and all in-game or SDK related VRChat issues or updates.

• It is crucial that you have Unity Knowledge for this reason.
